Currently 4 days postpartum, how’s everyone doing? :,)

I’m so happy to not be pregnant! However I feel so nervous about this journey of 2 under 2, navigating a newborn with a toddler…the sleepless nights 🥲 my partner is the best support ever, but I am a huge empath and will not let him got to work 5-6 days a week for 12+ hours on barely any sleep. So I know majority of it falls on me, is anybody else in a similar place? 🥹

On the struggle bus at nearly 4 days tbh! Just posted my birth story from a need to just get it out there, but it was not easy and I’m recovering from an unplanned c-section. I’m a FTM and really struggling to figure out how to get a deep enough latch to save my nipples from actual torture. We were told the community midwife would come on Weds (today/yesterday depending if you’ve been to sleep) and she didn’t show so I’m feeling pretty lost.

I'm with you, I'm a huge empath too and definitely put myself last out of the four of us in the house 😅
Have you got friends or family close by who can help with anything like cleaning / cooking / taking your eldest out? I'm sure you'll find a routine, but I'm also super nervous about this too x
