Hii. I’m nearly 6 weeks and I’m definitely feeling the exhaustion bad.
Before getting pregnant I was pretty active. Not gym 3x per week type active, just here and there with the boyf when I could be bothered, couple Pilates, LBT, body conditioning classes here and there, running, lots of walking.
But now I’m so exhausted I am taking a different commute where I’m much more guaranteed a seat (haven’t ordered a bby on board badge yet, it’s just so awkward asking anyone to give their seat when they too may have a whole host of ailments for which they need the seat themselves). I’m managing 10-30 mins yoga several times pw if I haven’t fallen asleep super early after work.
Everyone’s telling me to continue weight training, but I’m so (probably irrationally) scared something will happen and I’ll lose the baby if I do any weights. Is this unfounded?
I also don’t want to have to announce in the classes that I’m pregnant as it’s so early, but I don’t want to do the class without the instructor knowing. I also don’t like going to the gym on my own especially during peak times and I cbb to go when my partner goes.

Girl just listen to your body. If you’re currently exhausted rest up. Honestly it won’t last the full 9 months. When you get a bit of energy back just do exercise you enjoy. Keep your body moving when you feel up to it. It can be a difficult mindset to get around as you exercise but then continue to gain weight and get bigger - but that’s pregnancy. Don’t be too hard on yourself x

I workout out up to the end. 1st trimester is the easiest and last trimester is more difficult
Is it normal to have braxton at 14 weeks or is it to early, has any of you had this with your second pregnancy at all

17 weeks, and low back pain has started. I think it's pregnancy pillow time.
