Doula reccommendations?
Hiya has anyone hired a doula recently and has had a positive experience and could recommend there’s? I’ve met one and have another meeting this week with another but would be great to hear any first hand experiences.
This will be for my second birth and I’m conflicted as I feel like I know what to avoid now but still think the support could be valuable
Also did anyone have one and find they felt like they could have done without? I’m very conflicted currently

I hired a doula because I needed support as a first-time mom. It was definitely worth the investment. Without a doula, I don’t think I would have been empowered to deliver naturally or have a wonderful birth experience. I definitely recommend one. I like your idea of meeting with a few and see which one has the vibes you are looking for.
