How do you give your baby independent time? My baby is 2 months. Seeking advice

At 2 months I wouldn’t worry about that. That’s very early to have independence. So that they’re not attached to you so much (if that’s what you want) have other family hold them/ take care of them at times so it’s not solely you. And have them sleep in a bassinet/crib. After theyre moving around on their own is when they start gaining independence.
