C-section insecurity

Just wondering if anyone has any advice?

I'm 14 weeks postpartum after an emergency C-section and struggling to not hate my body. My scar is wonky and has a kink in it, I have the C-section shelf which is massively messing with my suspected long term body dysmorphia and I overdid it on the exercise which has made my belly more swollen than it has been. I avoid looking in mirrors because of all of this.

I want to exercise to like my body again but don't know how to do it without making it worse? Has anyone else struggled like this that wouldn't mind talking about how they dealt with it to love themselves again?

My daughter came at 41+5! Is that likely to happen again this time or is it likely he could come before the due date? What do people think?

Baby FLIPPED HELP!

Almost 34w, and baby has flipped from head down to now lying sideways across my stomach. I felt it late last night. It hurt so I was hyper aware of it. My stomach is no longer hard on the bottom but squishy he is now at the top of my stomach crushing my lungs so my whole body is aching and sore after the flip. Had an appointment already scheduled for today, so when I went in I asked if they could do an ultrasound just to confirm and sure enough he is sideways. Which is absolutely terrible considering I only give birth unmedicated and vaginally. My doctor said he’s not too concerned yet as babies can continue to flip until 37 weeks (some even later) but I have had two other babies , and neither have ever been breached after 28w. So now I’m panicking, I already have an early scheduled induction due to baby’s size, but now I am freaking out that I might have to have a c section instead. Please give me your helpful tips to flip baby. What did you do, what have you seen ect. Please do not give me your fantastic c section experiences. It’s not what I want or need to hear right now. My sister died during a routine c section, so avoiding one is my TOP priority. I’m absolutely terrified of one, and do not want one. It is a last last last last resort. So please helpful tips to flip baby only.

Huge baby?

My baby is in the 97th percentile. To me that sounds like a huge baby!!!

I remember my friend gave birth to 10lb baby. Basically it was the size of a 1 year old.

I duno how big this baby will be but im petrified.

My first kid was only 6.5lb and that generally is the size of most babies in my family.
