Just wondering if anyone has any advice?
I'm 14 weeks postpartum after an emergency C-section and struggling to not hate my body. My scar is wonky and has a kink in it, I have the C-section shelf which is massively messing with my suspected long term body dysmorphia and I overdid it on the exercise which has made my belly more swollen than it has been. I avoid looking in mirrors because of all of this.
I want to exercise to like my body again but don't know how to do it without making it worse? Has anyone else struggled like this that wouldn't mind talking about how they dealt with it to love themselves again?

I've heard scar therapy massages are great for c section shelves and healing in general. Can't speak from prior experience as had an emergency section almost 2 years ago and booked in for an elective in a few months but planning on booking for scar therapy after as heard great things

Hi mama! I know exactly how you feel. Try to give yourself grace! C sections are a major surgery! It takes time to heal. You WILL get there. Your body just needs time. I highly suggest PT if you’re able to! It’s helped a lot while my scar mobilization

Hey ladies I have my c section booked in Aberdeen for tomorrow and I’ve completely forgot where I have to go in the morning, it’s only my 2nd time in that hospital, any advice would be great as my midwife isn’t answering her phone thank you xxx

The consultant I was speaking with last Wednesday (when I thought I wanted a VBAC), put in my notes that I wanted a window curtain for my elective. Just wondering about everyone's experience with that if you had one? I know it won't gory or anything like that because it still blocks the icky parts lol, but just curious 😊

So far I’ve had isn’t she ONEderful and TWO wild I’m struggling for a third birthday with play on words. I also don’t know whether to use the theme TWO wild again for my youngest (as I have stuff from last year) or do something completely different.
Give me some ideas for two and three please TIA.

The so-called "20 week scan" is scheduled next Monday for me and I'm actually 19w 1d next Monday. Is it still fine or did they make a mistake while scheduling? Should I be concerned or not? And what to expect during the scan? Can I get to know the gender from the NHS itself without booking a private scan?
