Vitamin recommendations?

With cold/flu season right around the corner, can anyone recommend any good vitamins to help boost the immune system. My little boy brought home a new cold every week last winter, dreading it this time around again.

I’ve been using Wellbaby for both my babies. (3 year old, 2 year old). My children LOVE honey. So I always make sure they have a spoon of Manuka honey every morning especially in the colder months. Maybe this is abit too much for everyone else but I’ve got garlic and put in honey in a jar and let it sit for a few weeks now. I’m going to start giving them both that, every other day. It does really help with colds and sore throats. Also juicing, I buy a lot of fruit and the kids love juicing with me, it’s like a fun activity. Once we’ve done the juice I put in some ginger, pinch of black pepper and turmeric. Shake it really well and they don’t even taste it 😊
