Birth with twins and a toddler?
Has anyone had twins with a toddler already? How did you manage the birth?
What did you have in place and do it go to plan?
I know each birth is different and this time we really can't plan it. But just wondering what people have done?
We have a local support network through me working at the nursery and other military mums I've made friends with but both our families are 2 hours away.

Yes. My dad came down (he lives 3 hours away) and looked after our toddler for a week. My husband went home some afternoons after the birth. We had a scheduled C-section that was brought forward due to complications.
I had a c section at 37 weeks but I was in and out of hospital for the week before due to complications with me. My mum came to stay from my c section date. I was in icu myself and 1 baby in nicu so my husband stayed with me the whole time I was in hospital and my mum and sister had my 2.5 year old and did nursery pick up and drop off and brought him in to see me once I was back on post natal. I was in hospital about 4/5 days I think. My sister stayed with me a lot once I was home thought because I didn’t want to keep taking a toddler to nicu
