Does anyone have any tips on how to feed 9 weeks premmie twins one at a time without it taking over an hour? (sometimes also needing bottle top ups as they both recently had a tongue tie clip). Trying to work out how to feed them when I can't tandem feed.

How are you feeding? Exclusively breast feeding? Any bottles or pumping?

That sounds about right.. How about make a couple of Lactation Consultant appts 🤠 you can find locally for free or insurance can cover them to help demonstrate how you can get both of them to breast feed the same time? And even though you might think nothing is coming out it trains your milk supply according to their routines.. Same with the pumping you can be regular at that of course double check with the lactation consultants.. I did both formula and breast milk & pumped with the travel cups you can find anywhere now.. just make sure they’re properly sealed and you have a complete system on cleaning them 😅They turned out just fine.. very intelligent and beware they are strongly mamas boys 😬 So You just got to put them in their dad’s arms every single time he’s around because my husband has gotten too jealous when there is a balance .. it’s just ive always wanted to be a good mom doing my part but no, it’s perfectly fine to BuiLd your milk supply & your husband does most of the feed

Can you pump on one and feed on the other breast then give bottles as and when it's easier
