Disney world yes, Disney land nope not yet.
Wanna do disney Tokyo more than I crave a Disneyland trip though lol

1. I recommend looking up the least busy day to go.
2. Do the rides with the longest wait times during the fireworks. The matterhorn is pretty cool during it.
3. Get passes to both Disney and cali adventures if your kids are big enough

Been to all but Shanghai. Personally think California is the worse one, Florida is amazing and Hong Kong is the perfect crowd size/queue times.
It’s very fun with kids, way too overcrowded now though and they need to lay off making everything on phones. I hate that they’ve pushed families back onto their phones, you need them to book characters, order food, get into queues. As a kid I loved it cause mum and dad left work behind and totally were present, when I went in May this year I got annoyed again at the need for my phone.
We just took our 4 year old to Paris this May where she met Elsa in the new park and it broke me seeing them hug🥰😢 it is a magical, if expensive and busy day

Expect to spend more than you think on food/drinks, and invest in fast passes or you’ll be standing in lines for upward of 1.5 hours each

Ive been to Disney world in Florida once. It was huge and, in my opinion, you definitely need a couple of days to really do everything and enjoy it.
I go to disneyland once or twice a year. Weekdays are better than weekends for cost and lines. The 3rd weekend in august is Halloween themed until like nov 1st? So the tickets cost more. Then you have xmas sometime in nov to January 6th and its expensive. Since we've seen the parades, when its happening thats when we do the rides that usually have long lines like mickeys railroad & Winnie and then we go for our kids fav over and over again. If your kid is young, just let them lead. Be okay with not getting to do everything, the day is for them. We start at fantasy and then migrate to disney toontown, then tomorrowland, then we hang in starwars. If its hot and you need a break hit the tiki room! I take my naps in there ahaha then we circle back to fantasy and toon
Ive never done the fast passes and I have never ever waited more than 30min for a ride🤷🏾♀️.

I’ve been to Disneyland in CA and Japan and also Disneyworld. I’d go back to Japan in a heartbeat over CA and it’s still cheaper than CA.

I’ve been to Paris and Florida a few times.

We went to Disneyland with our 2.5 year old in June because we were going to be in the area and decided why not? She absolutely loved it and there were so many rides she was actually able to ride. She also LOVED the light parade and meeting all the characters. My husband and I are kids at heart so we loved it too and loved watching our daughter enjoy it even more than we hoped she would. My biggest tip is, if you are considering the lightning pass, don't. Disneyland lines are significantly shorter than Disney World lines and usually the longest line you'll see is about a 45-60 minute wait. If you don't have the app, get it. Photopass is amazing and almost every quick service place does mobile orders so you can order your food as you're in line for a ride and by the time you're off the ride, your food will be ready for pick up.

Yes, but it was over 30 years ago lol! I hope you all have a blast, though! I’ll be following the post for tips as well.
Her daughter whose in reception gets off at 3, her son at 4:30, she wanted to pick her son up at 3 so she wouldnt have to drive back at 4:30 and the nursery told her she couldnt do that and her son HAD to stay until 4:30. When she complained they said it was illegal for her to do that!? Is this right?

I keep seeing posts about MILs (rarely positive)
How they are horrible and nasty some are, and then how annoying and over the top the rest are… and I honestly I get it, some mother in laws aren’t angels 😅
But I’m terrified that one day some woman will think that way about me! 😂
Just me?🥲 #boymum

My little boy is 4 weeks old and I cannot get anything done. He will not stay with anyone else, not even his dad. And he can tell if i'm not near him or if i put him down and stop holding him, then he will bawl out crying.
I don't know what to do, I don't have time to cook, eat, shower, go to the toilet, nothing if im not holding him. And dad likes to work ridiculous hours so I don't have much help.
I do use a sling yes and fortunately I do bottle feed breast milk since I left the hospital because dad wanted to help but this past week if it's not breast, he does not want it. I haven't even had time to pump as he's always on me.
Someone please help. I love him so much but I cannot breathe it's getting to me so badly.

I am four months postpartum and this season has been rough. I got laid off from work, had a family death, lack of family support and things with my partner have been challenging.
My partner works and now I don’t but before that, while on maternity leave, I have been and continue to be the primary caregiver of our son. My partner absolutely helps with groceries and cleaning, however it’s not really truly incorporating me. To be more specific he buys the bare minimum and only when I ask does he bring in what I want as part of the order. At this point, I just let it slide but his contribution to the baby activities have been weighing on me. With everything going on I confided in him that I was feeling very overwhelmed.
Prior to pregnancy, I was never an anxious person. Now I have to breathe to keep from hyperventilating or rub my palms against my thighs to slow me down. I can’t sleep because my mind is racing in between pumping. I have no one to speak to besides my therapist who I pay for and worry about the bill.
With that in mind, this weekend, I sent a text to my partner, who was in the other bedroom, asking when he was going to take our son. We had discussed him covering weekends exclusively since I took care of our son primarily during the week. On Saturday, I woke up to the baby so I fed him at 7am and was rocking and playing with him. My partner woke up at some point and put clothes in our washing machine, which were his and the baby’s and took a call. It was 10am and I was getting antsy about being left with the baby again. I needed to apply to jobs and prep for an upcoming interview. He knew this. So I texted. He said he was on the phone.
It infuriated me because I have taken therapy calls with my son, did an interview with my son (not on screen) and so on. I said, it would be great if communicated so that I know what’s going on since it was already past “our morning.” He marches into our bedroom and demands that I do not micromanage him. I’m pissed! I yell that we just talked about this two days ago! I don’t want to micromanage but you don’t stick to what you say. (This comes after I told him on Thursday that I needed a break at 5pm. I told him at 1pm. 5:09 comes and nothing happens. No reassurance, no sorry so I placed the baby in the bassinet and went out for air. I watched on the monitor as he ignored the baby crying and it broke my heart. He finally came to the baby and I just thought to myself how can he listen to him cry like that and what about his colleagues?) Back to Saturday, the argument escalates and I’m with our son the whole time sitting on the bed. He moves from the foot of the bed is now standing over me and starts pointing in my face and yelling. I yell for him to leave the room but he doesn’t really listen and I throw a bottle at his foot to make him jump back. He finally leaves the room but not after trying to immediately come back but I had locked the door. We don’t speak and I take care of our son for that day and pas him over to him at 5pm. I go to the bedroom and lock the door.
The next day I have an appointment with contractors for work being done to my own apartment. I go and spend time with our son and then I step out. He knew about this appointment. I come back midday since I miss our son and to pump some more. I see that our son is dressed and I find it a little weird because he never dresses him outside of a onesie for bed. He is dressed too but I’m not really minding it. He says he’s going out. I say okay and hug our son. Hours go by and I notice they are not back. I text him, hey are you still on your walk because that’s what we usually do with our son. He tells me no, he drove and is there a problem. Literally those words. No explanation. I get mad and worried. I send a bunch of texts saying that I have never left the neighborhood with our son and not said where I was going. I felt like this was his revenge for the micromanaging bs. He knows I am anxious. He finally tells me where they are and says they’ll be back in two hours. I know the place and my anger switches to the fact that he could find the initiative to dress our son to go out and hang with his friends than the initiative for a doctor’s visit or when I have asked for us to go the park.
I told my mom what happened and she talked to him and only then did he apologize for the hand in my face but nothing else.
At this very moment, he has our son in the other room and I hear them laughing and it hurts me. Like this little boy doesn’t understand how hurtful and non-supportive his father can be. I feel alone because he ensures he appears to be the nicest and quietest person in public.
Today, he had the nerve to ask me to go to the park and said it was his plan all along. It was just that Saturday happened. I just want to scream, are you serious?! Do you think I am an idiot?! Instead I just replied no.
I think I’m writing this to ensure I am not crazy. I don’t have any girlfriends, I’ve always been an introvert, and I feel a little ashamed to keep speaking to my guy friend about the situation and hate that I had to speak to my mom. Just need a little support if you can spare.

Hey mamas please help me with any info you might have! My 14 month old has recently started rejecting me heavily. He’s still breastfed and I’m his primary care giver. Whenever dad is home he’s all about daddy. It’s been like that for a while, but lately it’s gotten a lot worse. He’s started being mean to me when he’s home, pushing me away, going to him for everything. It breaks my heart. Has anyone experienced this or have any advice? Thanks!

What sort of portion size is everyone giving their 6 moths old? Are they finishing it all or leaving some, and are they one just the 1 meal per day?
