When to be concerned during miscarriage
I had a missed miscarriage. At 9 weeks baby was measuring 6 weeks. I started spotting daily/ light dark brown blood at 11 weeks. Today started having heavy bleeding, which would be 13 weeks.
In the last 3 hours I have gone through 4 pads and had two very large clots.Cramps are intensifying, and bleeding isn’t slowing down. Having heating pad on and advil.
Anything else I can do for home care?
At what point is it a concern? If bleeding gets worse do I go to ER? What do they do for you?

First of all I am so very sorry for your loss. I would say go to the ER if you are even questioning it. Better to be safe than sorry. I had a scary experience 8 weeks ago due to a missed miscarriage that I won’t get into unless you would like to know more, but it was because I waited too long to go to the ER. My experience was different than it would be if you went right now. But I think they would check your vitals, give you fluids, do an ultrasound and see how things are resolving.
Go to the ER if you are bleeding through more than 1 pad per hour.
If you are bleeding through more than one pad in 2 hours it's highly recommended to go to the ER so that they can help/monitor your blood loss.
