Flu Vaccine
Little one has just started school and has been offered the Flu Vaccine later this month. I am inclined to say no as they have so many vaccines already and surely it’s good to build some immunity. I just wanted to see what others were doing.

Vaccines build immunity without symptoms so mt daughter will be getting it x
My son has had the flu vaccine, and ive had it myself. I do think it has helped in some way because he hasn't had a case of the flu after having the vaccine and hasn't yet picked up anything from school, but I still do keep on broad with his vitamins; he takes a chewy multivitamin.
Not been offered at the mo. But I would take it. It's a spray up the nose rather than injection so not as scary for them.
