Formula to cows milk

Hi guys, hoping I could get some advice on this because I’m a big stuck on what to do. My little girl has recently turned 1 and the last few weeks before she turned 1- I started adding cows milk into her morning porridge which she seemed to take to/like very easily. Now she’s one I’ve started adding a bit of cows milk into her 2 bottles a day. She normally has 2 x 9oz of formula a day, so I started by adding just 1oz of cows milk in her bottles (so 8oz formula 1oz cows) and it seemed fine, so now I’ve upped it to (7oz formula 2oz cows) which again has been fine. I’m thinking to just now do a direct switch. Is that okay? Can I do that? Or should I just keep going with the gradual? She has 3 meals a day FYI with water at every meal. 🩷🩷🩷🩷

I did a quick swap, she had been having cows milk with cereal for ages anyway so I wasn't worried. She came off bottles pretty quick altogether not long after turning 1 and sometimes likes a cup of milk when she fancies

My daughter has one bottle of oat milk per day, usually at night time. She really didn't take to cows milk and really upset her stomach.

Do you think grief makes the people around you uncomfortable?

I had a miscarriage in May and I asked my sister why she never checked up on me. Her answer was “ I already knew you were sad so I just felt weird asking because I already knew.” It bothered me so much because the grief was so intense for me, and I just HOPED to have someone ask me so I could feel less alone/vent. Her answer pissed me off so bad and made me feel so not important.

Rant

So I've followed the trial on Lindsay Clancy and now my algorithm is full of things on it. Since the mistrial I've seen so many creators posting complete lies about PPD and PPP. Not every mother who has/had it will annihilate Thier families or themselves. They are 2 VERY different things and seem to be being used interchangeably.
Mental health is a real issue and with all this misinformation and judgement surrounding it now it seems even less likely than before that people will try reach out for help. I can completely understand the desire to have her locked up and the key thrown away, but not guilty due to mental state isn't a new defence, in her state the prosecution has to prove she was criminally responsible. Also 11 people didn't think the prosecution proved that she was criminally culpable due to her mental health, that is the law. I am certain if ANY of her/the kids family thought the kids life were at risk they wouldn't have taken the risk so people blaming them is also just annoying me... Am I the only person with a nuanced view on this case!?

Breastfeeding

Sorry mamas but breast feeding for a fact can result in saggy titties. I know some moms dont and just pump or express milk so their body keeps generating milk. My questions are if I don't breast feed at at will, will my breasts get too sore? Or should I keep breastfeeding? I know a woman who breasstfee for 4 years like wtf?! She was not getting no saggy sags.

Does your 3 year old ever make up lies?

My 3 year old will make up lies & I want to know if this is normal.
Say if we are in the room together for example
‘Me my parents and him’ he’ll say - my nan just kicked me - she absolutely didn’t! But I’m concerned if he told someone else they might believe him!!!
