Positivity after Miscarriage

Still no pregnancy after a miscarriage 1+ year ago. Is there any hope?

For context, it took almost a year to fall pregnant that first time. We are having investigations through our GP and there were some slight issues with sperm morphology on my partner's side, but I'm still not sure what's going on and whether there is much chance of us falling pregnant naturally. ☹️
