Reception worries
I’m aware it’s very early days, but I’m concerned about how well my child’s settling in with the other children.
Every day after pick up he tells me about how other children have said he can’t play with them, or words to that affect.
It’s only negative comments on not joining in with other children.
I only know one parent to have play dates.
I’m not sure if/when I need to mention this to his teachers? Any objective advice appreciated.

I would go and have a chat with staff- no harm in putting it on their radar and they may be able to keep a closer eye on interactions with your child at playtime or gently encourage others to play together
