How to grow hair

This is my daughters hair idk if you can tell but the top front of her hair is mostly thin and not full like the back of her which makes her hair look patchy. How would I be able to grow that part of her hair to make it look fuller?

Asides from hydrating it as much as you can, I’d leave it. At this age, her hair is still changing. My daughter was proper bald at 1 . She’s now 2 and has really thick voluminous hair

All I did was hydrate during the week and sealed with light oil ( jojoba oil) then when she has a wash , I use a tad bit of castor oil with jojoba oil after her leave in
