Reapplication of sunscreen

My kid forgets to reapply sunscreen in school.
Is it compulsory to reapply sunscreen after 2 hours?

From what I've seen on the sunscreen I get, it's usually every 80 minutes. I wouldn't call it compulsory, but definitely recommended.
