I’m at a loss

My ex decided that this weekend to bring his “friend” to his place knowing he had our daughter. All he said when I dropped her off was this is my friend from Texas and made no introductions. I’m very uncomfortable with this so I am waiting to get a referral to a lawyer so o can make changes to our parenting plan. I want to stop all his over night visitations every other weekend and he weekly visits. He doesn’t even keep her the whole time maybe a few hours. He’s also supposed to keep her over night two nights a week. I don’t know what to do. And tonight my daughter (3 yrs old) had a meltdown for almost an hour. I’m so lost and don’t know what to do. Any advice .
