Anyone else denied for living with your Boyfriend even though you’re not married? Didn’t know they now view you as a total household income even if you pay your own expenses and don’t share incomes plus home is in his name.

Yes! it unfortunately goes based on household income, it sucks but also is why we got denied :/

Yeah and we also lost our lo health insurance too after he turned 1 😓

I always just tell them I file taxes on my own and buy groceries separate and I’ve been approved

And that’s why you don’t tell them about the other person if yal not married

I think I’ve heard of people doing the loophole of paying “rent” to the household owner (aka your boyfriend) so it shows the spaces are separate, even though they aren’t. Probably depends a lot on state though.
