Inquiring advice

Hi I was wondering if this has happened to anyone else. So I’m 29 now but I started sm0king 🍃 when I was 18. Well I ended up pregnant at 19 so I obviously stopped. I was in a toxic relationship at the time so that’s probably got a lot to do with it but basically I took not one but two dabs the night I came home with my son because my ex pressured me. This caused me to have anxiety anytime I’d smoke. So now I don’t do it anymore. Last time I tried anything it was a gummy with like delta 9 or something and it gave me a terrible anxiety attack. Like I didn’t know where I was or anything. It was all around horrible. I was at a convention center with my now husband and my SIL&BIL. I have a CBD pen currently. But I also breastfeed. I don’t use it a bunch because of breastfeeding (she’s a year old) I’m letting her nurse as long as she can. I’ve taken hits off the pen here and there but not like a heavy smoker would. I’ve actually had the pen for I want to say three years…and it just ran out but I think that’s because it most evaporated as it was in the car. So you can probably tell I’m not a smoker. Anyway, I was wondering if anyone else has gotten bad anxiety when smoking and also if anyone has a recommendation for another CBD vape. I’d like pure CBD. Also I get migraines daily and have chronic pain so that’s mostly why I want one & to hopefully help my mental health.
Thank you in advance for any responses and advice regarding the anxiety. My husband is not toxic and I wouldn’t mind smoking a joint at some point. But I don’t like getting the horrific anxiety like that. It’s only when I smoke which is really weird. But like I mentioned I think it’s because of the toxic relationship I was in, unfortunately.
