yep! and during! labour feels like you desperately need a poop the size of a bowling ball 😂 i’d take it as a sign you’re close! baby may be moving their way down which is what’s putting so much pressure there x

38 weeks practice labour

Hey loves, I feel like I am stopping and starting labour all the time haha. I wanted spontaneous labour but this has been going on for the last week. Although the last few days things feel like they ramping up. I went into docs for reduced movements last week and they told me that there was loads of tightenings so could be braxton hicks or labour. Last night I was having tightenings which I could feel coming and would end quite low down. No constancy though. Feeling so much pain down there and it's super heavy. Lightening croch is also a different level of pain. I'm so excited for baby. Anything else got the same thing going on? How are you all feeling?

36 weeks + 1 today 🎀

27 days to go, how long do we all have left? Felt my fair share of Braxton Hicks last night. Ready to press the eject button and meet our baby girl.

Nub theory

Interested to see what people think using the nub theory. I don't know much about it. Thanks 😊

Not hungry/craving food in my second tri.

Hi! 👋 I wanted to hear everyone else’s experiences 😊

I’m 19 weeks pregnant with my first baby, and I’m a HUGE foodie. But for the last couple of weeks, I just haven’t felt particularly hungry and I haven’t had any cravings yet.

I’m a little surprised because I always hear mums talking about how their appetite went crazy during pregnancy or how they suddenly craved the most random things 😂 I’ve also had people tell me that maybe I’m not craving anything because I’m not deficient in anything, but I’m not sure how true that is.

I need to force myself and eat. I still kinda enjoy it and eat to proper amount but I’m just not interested???

I’m not nauseous anymore either, that stopped after my first trimester.

Did anyone else have a similar experience around 19 weeks? Did the big appetite and cravings come later, or did you just never really get them?

So sick of my postpartum body

When does it get easier to feel confident- I was 130 before pregnancy now I’m 7 months postpartum and 180. This is me currently. I struggled with body dysmorphia before and now I feel like maybe it’s happening again? Idk. My fiancé says I look fine but I feel so embarrassed to even go out in public. My double chin and arms make me feel terrible.
