How many clothes?!

As hard as it is you are probably best off waiting. Your girls may come early and sizing be off because they are small etc. I had literally bought a couple of packs of baby grows before my boys were born and they are 5 months now and still in 0-1/0-3

Family and friends will often gift clothes so you’ll get some coverage there. The one size no one preemptively gifts is preemie but you will likely need them since twins are usually born small. I bought a few preemies beforehand and then stocked up after they were born because it’s all they wore for the first month!

Honestly don’t go too crazy buying loads of stuff, I know it’s hard ! 😅 but people will gift you so much when they’re born, you’ll get loads of vouchers. Clothes that you buy that are seasonal they may not fit in them by the time you get to that age… also I would hold off buying too many actual outfits whilst they’re so tiny, you’ll probably just end up using sleepsuits for the first few months, other than the few times you want to dress them up a bit. If I were you I would stock up on zip up sleepsuits & LOADS of vests !! Get those tuppence & crumble star blankets, they’re so handy, I’d probably also get some sleepsuits and vests in early baby size, newborn size was huge on my twins and they weren’t very small for twins (they were 5lb6 & 5lb13).

I think I did 5x per baby per size for sleepsuits & 7x per baby per size for vests
