I’ve just been told that I’ve had a missed miscarriage, unfortunately. I was supposed to be 10 weeks, but I was measuring around 6 weeks, so it seems the baby stopped growing a few weeks ago and, sadly, there was no heartbeat.
I’m grateful that my ovaries and everything else looked healthy and normal.
I had a little cry and I’m just feeling really down. This was a planned pregnancy, as I’d been hoping and aiming for that two year age gap.
The hardest part is that I now have to wait another 7 days for a further scan because of NHS policy to confirm everything again. It’s incredibly sad knowing I have to go through another week of this emotionally before they can offer me medical or surgical treatment (or naturally in the meantime)💔
Has anyone gone through something similar?

My last 2 pregnancies ended in miscarriages but they didn't want to do any tests till it happened a 3rd time but they did say my ovaries looked fine as well. Fortunately I got pregnant right away after my last miscarriage and currently 20 weeks along. Our kids will be 2.5 years apart (we were also aiming for a 2 year age gap).

I am going through a similar situation currently. Have you thought about what option you’d want to do ?? I can’t decide wether to have surgery or do medical management.

I’m so sorry for the loss of your little one. I just lost my daughter to triploidy at 11 weeks this past July. I went for a routine scan at 12 weeks and found out her little heart had failed to keep up with her at 11 weeks and I had a silent miscarriage. I waited 2 weeks to see if my body would pass her on my own but ultimately I had a D&C under sedation. It is something that you heal from day by day little by little but your little one will be in your heart forever.
I don’t know if you’re Christian but I am, and for me my greatest comfort was knowing she went straight from my warm cozy safe womb, into the warmth of the Lord’s embrace. Your baby never knew hunger, was never tired, never scared, never lonely, never hurting. Your baby always knew your heartbeat, your warmth, your presence, your love. ❤️
Am I the only person with an anterior placenta who just felt there baby start kicking and now when ever I wake up I struggle to go back to sleep becuase baby is very very active and no stop kicking me ???? Not that I dont enjoy it i do but I still want sleep. Also it is only me who has like 3 months left and can only drink coke cola

First trimester was exhausting, then second trimester I've been doing well. Hired a trainer. Lifting weights twice a week and trying to walk 4-5 miles per day! Had some tired days but generally felt good and healthy. I'm at 29 weeks now and suddenly feel just freaking exhausted!!!
Just spent 3.5 hours staring at my phone at my desk and trying to get up to go home to take a nap.
I feel too tired to walk. What is happening!! I didn't expect this until ~34 weeks.
How am I going to do my job?? 😭😭
Just ranting mostly. But open to advice!! Anyone else exhausted?

I’ve been running around all day today so haven’t notice movement much. I sat down for a bit around 3-4pm and felt baby move but baby seem quite quiet tonight! 🥴

If you want yoga to open your chakra connected to your sexuality focus on the sacral chakra. For women it’s energy located in the ovaries and for men it’s in the testies. When it’s closed you may feel less motivated to do things you love, low sex drive, or even bottling up feelings.
