Managing constipation with infant gaviscon

How are our little ones coping with the constipation from gaviscon? Any tips if baby has bad reflux? Have people cut down the dose or given it less frequently across the day? Has this worsened the reflux?

I have to give Gaviscon 3 times a day to help otherwise she’ll start refusing bottles. I got some lactulose from the GP to help with the constipation!
