Best nappy rash cream
My LO has terrible nappy rash due to consistent loose poos due to teething (I think) their bum is so red, spotty and really sore. I need recommendations on the best nappy cream as I feel like I’ve tried everything 😭

Do you breastfeed? Have you tried breast milk?
Or what about coconut oil? When my girls bum is sore I'll use a little kokoso coconut oil
She is formula fed. I’ll try coconut oil thank you x
