In own room at 5.5/ 6 months

Still co-sleep with our almost 3 year old and also co-sleep with the April baby. Would never sleep train personally x

Our little one will be going into a room with his 3 year old brother at 6 months old. I'm hoping sleep training won't be needed as his brother didn't need it x

I just put my 5.5month old in her own room Monday as she was waking every hour and would take 45mins to resettle and for my sanity something had to give.

Let me tell you it has been an absolute game changer. She has slept in 4hr stints so still 2 wakes a night but I'll take it. She also self sooths (I've done no sleep training and would never use the cry it out method). We are only on day 4 so I'm aware it could all change but so far so good.

I think she must have been smelling my milk, that or I snore 🤷🏽‍♀️

My LO is 5 months old tomorrow and is so nearly too big for the next to me, I’m also convinced we are waking him in the night when moving around and stuff. Since the sleep regression he’s been doing 10-11 hours sleep a night from 7:30/8pm until 6/6:30am and has had the odd wake up at 4am to practice his talking before falling back asleep after 10 mins or so🤣 but last night he woke up 4 times between 1am and 5am so I’m waiting to see if a new skill is coming or something😅 we were thinking about trialling him in his cot tomorrow night that way my partner isn’t up early for work the next day so can help settle him if needed but not sure I want to do that after last night so we’ll see how tonight goes🤣

I’m in the same boat!
Our girlie is 5months and has limited space in our next to me, I’m really debating whether to trial her being in her own room.

I’m sure me and my husband wake her up throughout the night. She has one feed during the night still but I don’t mind doing that from her room

I know so many close family who moved their babies when they were young or a little bit earlier and it’s the best thing they did!!
It’s so hard
