Girl smoke you will be fine, if you are nervous, just wait until babes is sleeping to see how you react

My bd say I should strat smoking until our baby starts talking just in case she ever need something. But I also feel like I be the same if I shmoke or not, I feel like I be more active and attentive for her, how is it for you.

I stopped smoked while pregnant, and once I had her I had tried it but idk it made me feel guilty as well as it felt like smoking for the very first time again so I haven’t smoked since then. But I have tried cbd and it has to same effects of the calming just on a mild level. I miss smoking too and do plan on smoking again soon. I would recommend trying it while she’s sleep just in cause you get the paranoia from it

i used to smoke 2-3 time a day for years but stopped when i found out i was pregnant. i am still pregnant but my partner and i do plan to start smoking again just trying it once baby is asleep and to help , help motivation and activity as i smoked for medical reasons and it was really hard to stop, but will only be smoking outside and changing clothes so it doesn’t carry to the baby, just smoke responsibly, try to introduce yourself again little by little, dont expect your body to go back to where it was before pregnancy.
