Any advice plz

I would just say, I had to be induced with the meds only and was hoping for an un medicated birth and the pain got way too intense when baby changed position and was back to back, if I knew, I would have asked for the epidural before the pain got unbearable. I hope yours goes well, but maybe mentally prepare yourself for your birth preferences if you have any to go out of the window and maybe plan ahead for a possible c section if it was to happen.
But also, I had to be induced because my waters broke and it had been over 24h and labour hadn’t started yet so you could have a completely different one and I hope you do! I’ve just always heard that contractions are much stronger and you get almost or no break in between them when being induced so be aware of that and without being pessimistic, prepare for the ‘worse’, maybe pack extra clothes to stay at hospital longer, have support for after birth and all.

Hey I got induced on Sunday. Have you thought about what method you would like?

I went for the hormone gel as I didnt like the idea of a ballon or anything being left inside me. For the gel they basically do a kinda sweep and put the gel on your cervix using a syringe, then leave it for 6 hours see if anything happens if not they do again leave for 6 hours and then a third time. I started having strong contractions pretty much straight after the third dosage and went to 7cm dilated so was taken to the delivery suite where they broke my waters and then my contractions where pretty much none stop and i quickly went fully dilated and baby was born :)
