Ohio moms. When did you stop smoking & does CPS still care about weed?

So im currently pregnant with baby #2. I was able to stop at 21 weeks with my son but finding it incredibly hard with this little girl now. Between body pains, nausea and never being able to eat (food is just appalling rn), I havent stopped yet, now 23 wks. Im just worried about CPS getting involved, I dont want nothing to do with the courts. My goal is to stop within the next week but ive also said that since 20wks... what do yall know?? BTW, idk how much i trust it but the OB nurse that did my initial intake for this pregnancy has said they dont really care about weed anymore when i said I was smoking for sever nausea. But im still worried about when the shot gets sent off to pathology. (My last placenta had broke in shreds so I dont doubt they'll want to run this one)
