Prenatal courses
Hey! Could anyone recommend some prenatal courses that they enjoyed :)
Rather than just learning about baby care. Myself and partner are interested in a social one that could help us make parent friends.

I really enjoyed Alison & Marlene’s Down to Birth prenatal class. They gave out a lot of resources after and it helped my husband and I feel more prepared. https://downtobirth.ca
