Baby shower
So my first 2 babies were born at 35 and 31 weeks so I never got a baby shower. I’m pregnant with my third baby and want to experience a shower. Is that odd? Usually I was told you only do a shower for your first or the opposite gender. My 2nd born is a girl, my 3rd child is also a girl. They’ll be 15 months apart

Do what you want nobody is the boss if you can do a baby shower or not regardless of how many kids !
I have thrown a baby shower for both my kids 6y Girl & 5y Boy and my THIRD baby is on the way which is also a girl but I have NOTHING from 6 years ago and I’m throwing ANOTHER babyshower is in 2 weeks .
People forget that a baby shower is to honor baby and mom and unless they’re helping pay for it don’t care what they think!
My S/O family is old school thinking like that too and think you only have it for one kid but to me why is the first so much more special than any other child . If they don’t wanna come DONT it ain’t hurting my feelings
If you want a baby shower I say do it! It’s your baby shower! I had my first at 26 weeks and wasn’t able to do one either so this pregnancy we’re doing one earlier on just incase. Some of my friends were even suggesting doing a baby shower after baby was out of the nicu if I wanted but I never ended up doing that
