Promoting being gentle

My nearly 2 year old, has a rather aggressive streak to her 😅 she’s starting nursery in January and I’m trying to find ways to encourage her to be more gentle so I’m not getting phone calls from the school telling me she’s hit another child. You can tell that it’s her frustration she immediately goes to hit or even throwing things, and she’s got a good bit of strength behind her.
Any tips on how I can help normalise gentleness. Thank youuuu

I’m in the same boat girl! 🤦🏼‍♀️😂 the defiant side of her is really showing now and I’m starting to struggle 🫠

Same going through the throwing phase too and it’s usually forwards my 5 months old we keep reminding my son gentle he’s good when he’s next to her (does try to lay on her to give her cuddles 😂) but it’s basically just constant gentle nicely be careful, the throwing is the worst tbh 😂 good luck to all of us

Honestlyyy the struggle is real!!! My eldest is the softest kindest soul then my youngest is feral and honestly acts like she’s supposed at the zoo 😂

Anyone else feel like as soon as their baby turned 8m old they are acting like a completely different baby? She's become noticeably more difficult as far as behavior.

Please tell me what your experience is with your 8m old.

Help!!!!

Someone please help me with some advice because I’m losing my absolute mind 😭
Baby is 5 months old, she has changed a lot in personality over the last month, more needy, sleep changes etc but have put it down to the 4 month regression and teething.
However, the problem that makes me want to literally cry is the car seat! She is totally inconsolable now every time she’s in the car. Why? And what can I do to help it?!

PP things I hate

Everything is stress induced anymore
My daughter has this ongoing diarrhea for 2 weeks now and I’ve gotten no sleep from it, I now have a canker sore from it, my acid reflux has more flare ups than ever. I don’t like having sex anymore (I love my partner and I still find him very attractive). Im way too overly touched (by the baby, by the dog and by him). Im 10m pp and I haven’t been able to wear a dang tampon! I don’t do pads because they are just not for me so I wear a diaper.
Please tell me if you relate to any of this at all? Or if I’m just crazy

Postpartum hair loss

Let’s see it ladies.
You’ve got to laugh or you’ll cry, let’s be honest 🤣

Edit: this is what I caught in the shower and does not include anything that went down the plug, anything that stayed on my comb, anything still attached to my body when I got out or anything that was still in the bath when I was done ✌️.
