Bedrest

Can I ask why you needed to be put on bed rest? I’ve done like chair/couch rest for a few days at a time because my pelvis hurts so bad. But like I havnt specifically been told to

i put myself on bed rest at 32 weeks i just couldn’t take the pains anymore it hurts to do anything 😭 so i stopped working, i can barely even wash dishes comfortably. I think there would be a reason though to be put on it , are you struggling?

I haven’t been asked to go on bedrest but I lost my cervical plug am 1cm dilated and 60% effaced .

So I’ve been spending a ton of time in the bed on and off sleeping really due to contractions , back pain and all of that.
