Triage experience

I am 37 weeks today. I had a pretty traumatic triage experience on Saturday night which meant I was moments away from having a cat 1 emergency c section - had the cannula done, talk from anaesthetist etc. Just as we were about to go things stabilised which I am obviously grateful for. I am now home but I am struggling with processing what happened, the fact they have no idea why and the fact it could happen again. I have GAD and PTSD diagnoses and am finding it really hard not to worry all the time. Has anyone else had a similar experience?

I haven’t had a similar experience but I 100% would struggle with this aswell I think that’s completely valid .
I’m not sure I would feel comfortable and safe at all id want my baby out regardless to stop the worry so I feel for you a lot , can you talk to your midwife about this it seems very traumatic and like a lot to be weighing on you all the time . Sending love to you 🤍
