Milk allergies
Has anyone’s little one been diagnosed with possible milk allergy?
My boys had funny tummy since day one formula fed used to be on aptamil and then moved to cow and gate comfort he has been better on it but still constipated and can go over 48 hours without going for a poo, TMI but his poos are mixture of green and yellow very very smelly and a mixture of hard and mushy so the doctor has put this down to potential Milk allergy has anyone else experienced this? X

Yes similar situation, my twins were perfect at hospital formula fed (kendamil) readymade ones. After we arrived at home we gave them kendamil powdered one. Then they started to puke a lot, health visitor said colic & reflux. My little one’s are one month premature . We Changed kendamil & gave them Aptamil , they got horrible constipation . They cried really badly while doing poop . Again change to Hipp from Aptamil.. Hipp formula, I found it little thin liquid than other formula.
Then again change into Kendamil. We felt really disheartened. Poop is still same like your little one, very very smelly , mostly green and like diarrhoea. Asked Gp & health visitor , still same answer ,it’s common with new born babies.
Although we put them upright position for 20/30 minutes, burped 2/3 times they still puke. I just talked to Doc yesterday , they said it might be cow milk allergies So got prescription for Aptamil pepti 1 .
Please do re search on GORD and CMPA . It might help to know which your boys are struggling. Understanding the symptoms may help us better understand. What your baby is experiencing and what the problem might be.

Dream feeding
Hi
I need to stop dream feeding my baby at night when he wakes up. How do you do this or transition? He is mainly breastfed but I’ve started to give a bottle on the night on the last feed before he sleeps

Anyone else?
Anyone else a c section, co sleeping, breastfeeding mama and your body is just in bits? I don’t know if my bed is just uncomfortable postpartum or if it’s my body and cosleeping/breastfeeding positions. I feel like stretching helps a little but my hips and lower back especially are awful, but generally I just feel so achy and uncomfortable most of the time. Is it just me?

LO is 8 months old and she isn’t crawling yet is it something to be worried about ??

What wakes your baby up?
I'm curious...when your baby wakes overnight, what is it waking them up? Is it hunger or something else? My little boy (breastfed) only wakes for two nights feeds (which is great!) but wakes himself up after wriggling/flapping about in his sleep every 1.5/2 hours too 😬
