Planned c sections

Has anybody had issues receiving a planned c section date? Been told this morning that there are no appts available so we’re on a waiting list 🙄

I haven’t had any issues. I’ve been given a 3 day window and told I will be given an exact day and time of one of those 3 days 1 week before. I have my anaesthetics appointment booked for next week. But mine came through the same day as my consultant requesting it

Unfortunately more and more common as the rate of c sections keeps going up and they don't have the capacity to do them all!

As with my first I’ve been told I won’t get it till the week before (somewhere between 39 and 40 weeks) and subject to change if they have emergencies etc xxx

Ive had mine booked for months, must be a postcode lottery

Boyfriend wet dream

So my boyfriend recently has been having wet dreams an I tried to bring it up to him an he tells me he doesn’t an never has an I been recording wut he says in his sleep an I caught him saying booty an then uh I keep bringing it up to him cuz it makes me not be able to sleep cuz he’s doing things in his sleep I don’t know what to do

Pain in the shoulder

Hey everyone!

Anyone experienced shoulder pain during pregnancy?

I’m reading all these things online and I’m starting to freak out as I am not sure if it’s because of training or something more serious. It’s not at the tip of the shoulder and don’t have any bleeding.

My scan is on the 5th of November! I am about 5 weeks ish

I have been told I’ll most likely be getting induced as a first time mum. What’s everyone’s experience like what an induction, and a baloon one too😐

midwife appointment

I have an appointment when ill be 34+6 with my midwife, (aberdeen) does anyone know what to expect ? just wondering if its worth my husband coming along or not... thank you

Big Baby!

Had a growth scan today at 36 weeks and baby is measuring 7lbs and 9oz. The doctor has said they would like me to have an induction at 38 weeks which I’m happy to do but also not opposed to having a c section. Can anyone offer any advice or previous similar experiences! Thanks x
