My baby is 6 months old and is having a sprout of balls next to the mouth and chin, I investigated and they say it is dermatitis due to saliva or drool, someone to pass it? What have you treated your baby with? Any cream?

My baby had it on her neck and doctor provided diaper rash cream. It sounds weird but it worked.
