Bleeding after sex 4 months PP
Me and my partner had sex twice since having my baby 4 months ago and both times I had some bleeding after. It’s not straight after, always starts after a few hours later and lasts a few days.
Is this normal postpartum?

It could be. Just still healing or sensitivity or even if it feels tighter down there from stitches if you got some. I think I felt tightness even after my c section the first time so it could be from that. Maybe call your doctor or even do some googling and see what it says. I think it’s fine as long as other things aren’t happening. But also remember you are still fertile after having a baby. So if you aren’t using condoms and aren’t on birth control it’s possible you could get pregnant. So it could be from that too or your period starting. It could be so many things unfortunately
Honestly I did too. Especially since I had an episiotomy. But in general I was sore like my cervix felt sore personally. If it’s light bleeding like light pink fresh blood. I would go see a dr if it’s dark/black. My dr also said it can be normal since we are still healing from the inside out.
You may need to take it easy afterwards because you are still healing... It took me around a year because my c-section incision opened up while working.
