Chicken pox??

My daughter has come out with these spots around on her genital area and I have no clue if it’s chicken pox or something worse, the gp aren’t answering my calls.
She’s been up all night screaming and itching her bum, my first thought was that she might have worms so I checked and she had raised spots inside her bum cheeks and screamed out in pain when I put nappy rash cream on her but it had now spread to the front. It calms her down when I pat her on the bum but it’s not working anymore. I know chicken pox usually start on the face or back, any one else experience this?

My kids haven’t had chickenpox yet so I can’t say yes or no. But I would ring 111 and see what they say. They have a way of sharing pictures with them when on the phone or they can even video call you through a secure NHS website. Don’t wait for a dr to answer the call. The nappy cream could also be irritating it after a while of using especially as it’s near her genital area.

It looks like hand foot and mouth, it’s common for it to develop around the genitals.
