I have PCOS. I did medicated cycles for 1.5 years after 1.5 years on metformin only. Also tried IUI. None of that worked. Our ivf cycle yielded 11 viable embryos. We did FET, which I believe is recommended for PCOS and we’re successful first time around. I delivered my daughter this past November. IVF was the right thing for us.

I did not have the typical PCOS, I have never been overweight, did not have any facial hair etc. We discovered it when I went off BC to get pregnant and i had amenorrhea and the classic string of pearls on my ovaries.
Currently in the same boat as you!!! Following
Currently in the same boat with lean PCOS. We should be starting IVF soon. I’m turning 37 at the end of the month, and we are anxious to get started ASAP. We were held up for months with Covid. We’ve done IUI’s and had success once which ended in a loss. I’m also hoping that IVF is both successful and tolerable !
