With my first pregnancy my right ear got blocked during second trimester n stayed like that constantly for a few good months! Was not comfortable but got used to it. Same feeling you get while taking off on the plane. I’m expecting again n scared my ear or both might get blocked again😬is there something I can do to avoid it?thank you

Yes mine!! And i'm so confused why this is happening??? I have no idea how to stop it though, I didnt even realise it was pregnancy related 🙈😂

Something to blame on hormones rushing around the body. I am suffering with constantly stuffy/blocked nose. Not sure what remedies are safe for pregnancy though for ears.

Yes! It lasted pretty much all through the pregnancy. Midwives in no way concerned (told several) and thought it was just a hormonal thing. It was maddening as it gave a slight temporary loss of hearing.

I wish I’d had this app when I was pregnant as my ears constantly blocked up when I drove up or down a hill! Thought I was going mad haha

I’m pretty sure it’s pregnancy n hormone related as it got unblocked by end of pregnancy or after baby was born. Think it is something to do with increased water levels in your body system n increased blood flow. Thank you for your replies! I know it’s not a nice feeling but I’m glad I’m not imagining things n the only one struggling with it! 😬

I thought this was just me too.... keep trying to 'pop' my ears. Glad it is pregnancy related. Can cope with that... :) 😃

Yes I’ve had this on & off throughout my pregnancy this time very annoying
