Hi everyone. I suffer with social anxiety. It's mainly situational. So I'm better when out running with runners. In other general situations I struggle really bad. I recently moves before having my boy and before lockdown so don't have friends near by. COVID Has made my anxiety a hell of a lot worse. I have been training running/cycling/ swimming. I see the same people at the pool. But I still feel mega lonely.
