Pregnant & possible genital herpes /or cold sore
Is anyone else pregnant and knows they carry the herpes virus? Either genitally or on the mouth, I have been tested and it always comes back negative I've also been tested for everything else and negative but these little blisters I get down stairs are in my opinion definitely herpes!
My midwife reassured me as I've had them prior to pregnancy and am being c sectioned anyway it's no concern but I'm just wanting to have that reassurance and support other ladies are like me to and I'm not disgusting ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ xxx

I have it. I’ve just got to take tablets daily from 36 weeks to make sure I’m not having a flare up when I’m in labour as it can be passsd on to the baby then.
Yeah I do, not diagnosed either but I’m going to take the anti viral pills at 36 weeks too. Nothing to be ashamed of and you are not disgusting! X
I was told about taking the anti viral but as I'm having a section I've been told I don't need to but I think maybe once babies here I should try it? As I keep testing negative and its blatantly herpes but my partner never gets any symptoms xx
Would anyone be comfortable if I sent a picture? Of the blister things it's not my actual vagina just the top bit? Xx
How do you manage it ?
How is it during pregnancy ? How did you mention it to the midwife ?
