Scar lotion / cream?

I had an emergency c-section 6 weeks ago. GP checked this week and said everything has healed nicely, but didn't tell me much about how to take care of the scar. Any recommendations about good lotions to massage the scar with, so it looks better? Or any tips on how to take care of it?

I have had a cough now for two weeks :( and worried that this is going to cause issues for my planned caesarean. They said it won’t lead to postponing but I can’t see how it won’t open my wound up when I can’t stop coughing…?!

What would you choose? C-section or vaginal birth?

Mommas, I'm pregnant with my second. First pregnancy, I had a failed induction that ended up with an emergency c-section. With this second pregnancy, I'm given the option to have an elective c-section or try to have a vaginal delivery. I don't know what to do or how to feel.
