i just sneezed and had a gush of fluid come out which is odorless should i be concerned? any ideas what it could be??
Hi all, curious if anyone else has experienced something similar. My c section was 5 weeks ago. By week 3 I was feeling really good. Most discomfort was gone and aside from some spotting it was like I never had one. By week 4 I was back to normal and probably didn’t take it as easy as I should. I am now week 5 and ...
Hi ladies...I'm nearly 6 months postpartum and I'm really struggling with the smell of my c section scar, I'm trying to keep it as clean as possible but it still seems to be smelling like sweat? I'm a curvy person and I'm just anxious about it atm....any advice thanks
Lovely mamma’s!! Has anyone experienced stopped bleeding after 6 days of c-section. I am currently 14 days postpartum and haven’t got any further after 6 days. Is it normal?
Has anyone had any cervical checks yet? My midwife did one today because I was a little worried about the braxton hicks/possible contractions I've been having. Come to find out, I'm still completely closed! Both my other pregnancies, I was 1 cm at this point! If you've had any checks, are you dilated yet or still cl...
TMI - Can anyone relate? I keep having wetness in my knickers once I finish having a wee. I’m not sure if it’s my waters slowing going or it is wee? It’s only when I finishing a wee it’s like I haven’t finished that’s the only time it happens. Hope this makes sense lol.
With my previous child I ended up having an emergency c section .. now with this baby I’ll have to have another one 😫 is it any easier the second time around? lol my first one wasn’t terrible but it did hurt like hell the first few days. 😭😭
What’s everyone got in their hospital bags? Any recommendations please
How do I transition from walking to jogging 😅 4 weeks post c section today and been doing around 4k every week day for the school run since around 2 weeks. My eldest and me want to start up the park run again which is 5k but ideally want to do more than just walk it, everyone keeps saying gradually work up but at…
What happens if you’ve just eaten and not fasted like a planned one and you need an emergency c section???? I’m Scared this could happen and I throw up??
I’m 8 weeks pp and I had a c section, I had my period on the 6th week but am still getting pink blood ever so slightly, is this normal?
For those that had a C section booked in, how far in advance of your due date was it booked for?
Is there anything specific I should back in my hospital bag and little man’s hosptial bag as we are now doing it via c-section so I want to re go over my bag and I have a week to get anything that maybe useful?
Had a membrane sweep done at my appt about 15 minutes ago. The good thing is that it didn't hurt any more than the cervical checks have, but those have been a little painful too. Due date was yesterday and I'm 4-5cm dilated, induction scheduled tomorrow morning, so I'm hopeful but doc didn't seem too optimistic as...
Hi mamas, I'm due with baby no. 2 in 5 weeks and he's just turned breech. They've offered me an ECV at 37 weeks if he hasn't changed position by then. Do any of you have any experience of getting an ECV? I've heard mixed things. Would love your thoughts if you went through it. Thanks x
Gonna be giving birth to a 33 week baby soon, please share some positive insights on stay length and oxygen!! 🥺❤️🩹🤞🏾
Please share your experiences at these hospitals. I had an early scan at Princess Royal and they were lovely, it's making me consider giving birth there but equally I have no experience of the Royal Sussex. Thanks so much!
At how many weeks did everyone cervix open? I just turned 37 weeks and I’m often getting lightening crotch but my cervix is closed
Little girl decided to come 3 weeks early — even before I started my mat leave! 🙈 It all started with period-like pain and some water leaking with a bit of blood. So I went to triage to get it checked… and had a baby 10 hours later! Only had gas and air. No tears. I was planning a hypnobirth in a birth pool, but…
