TMI- how long did yall bleed for after getting the mirena? I had spotting the first 4 days, and full on period for 9 after that. I also got it in 6 weeks postpartum, so I literally have been bleeding for nearly 8 weeks consistently now 😭. Am I nearing the end?!

Does this seem like a decent amount of head control for a 3 month old? Baby boy can hold it up for about 1 minute. Turn himself onto his back/belly, move from one spot in the crib to a different. Anyone else’s period seems to be strange? My last 2 cycles have been very strange. I usually have really heavy periods with clots and dark red blood. The last 2 have been very light, barely filling a pad and it’s a mixture of pink, red and brown blood throughout the day. Sometimes enough to fill a pad some days not.

I know this is more common if you are plus size, but i was a size 10 pre pregnancy and a size 12 now but have a bit of a B shaped belly and it can be uncomfortable. Do i just need to do exercises to fix it?
