Any tips on how to alleviate this symptom?
Morning! So, until the last month I’ve been really active throughout pregnancy, managed around 2-3 mile walks daily with my dog. The last month or so I can barely walk, I really struggle to even walk around the supermarket and do a shop. In bed, I get really bad pains really low down when I need to turn over. I’ve...

I’m 9 weeks pp tomorrow and the last few days I’ve been waking up having cramps and like a dull stomach ache. I’ve had 2 periods already pp and not due again for 2 weeks so just wondered if anyone else had experienced something similar? I know my body is probably still changing after birth but it’s quite painful too
Almost 7 weeks and woke up this morning soooooo nauseous 🤭 In one way I’m happy I’ve symptoms but I feel horrendous. I remember just being nauseous all the time with my first until 13 weeks. I work in a beauty clinic I am so afraid how I’m going to cope 🙉 any suggestions to ease the nausea? 🥰

I always hear women saying they feel “pelvic pressure”. Since my 2nd trimester I have felt what I would call “pubic bone pain” lol! It literally feels like someone punched my pubic bone area and it’s sore. Even putting pressure on it with my hands make it feel even more sore just like a bruise. Is that pelvic press...

FTM & notoriously a hypochondriac. I’ve had diarrhoea and horrendous stomach cramps since Friday, I am able to keep water down but struggling to keep any food in. Any other mamas out there that are still extremely exhausted from breastfeeding? I have been breastfeeding/pumping since birth, but I feel like I cannot get enough sleep or energy levels up. I am 25+2 weeks and my baby boy hasn’t moved today, he moved yesterday but once for 20 minutes. He is always moving at night and normally between 9-10pm he will start and not stop for a while after and sometimes during the day when I am resting. For mother's who have had more than one child and tried different birthing positions what did you find best? My first I did laying on back, would like to try maybe standing this time. I understand in the moment you do what feels best but I'm just curious if it makes any difference
My baby will be 5 months at the end of this month, and I’ve struggled so much with her the past 2 weeks. She’s refusing to nap, teething problems, refusing her milk. I’m just struggling to make her happy and it’s draining me and feel like I’m doing something wrong. Has anyone else been like this? 😞
I’ve just found out I’m expecting baby #2. With my first, I was incredibly nauseous and queasy and exhausted daily. This time round, I’ve had maybe 2 or 3 days of nausea but that’s it! Should I be concerned about lack of symptoms or is this quite normal? I’d have thought I’d know what to expect with this pregnancy…
