Not interested in solids

I’ve tried to feed my baby some veggie and fruit purées but she just isn’t interested. She took a tiny bit of carrot the first time but the last couple of days just closes her mouth and turns her head away. Any advice? Is this normal?

Eye contact

Baby is 10 weeks next week and I don’t think he easily focuses his eyes on the faces of his parent or other people near him. His eyes still seem to be learning coordination and wander a lot still. Could other mothers with babies of similar ages let me know their baby eye development at this sort of weekly age? Thanks…
