Alexandra first studied communications, earning a bachelor’s degree in Business and Corporate Communications from Elon University. She then moved into mental health at Nova Southeastern University in Florida, where she completed a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling and a Doctorate in Marriage and Family Therapy.
Since 2022, she has worked at All In Solutions Behavioral Health, a network of addiction and mental health treatment centers with locations in Florida, New Jersey, and California. She joined as a doctorate-level marriage and family therapist and now leads the organization’s Family Program.
Her clinical work focuses on individuals, couples, and families navigating addiction, recovery, and complex life transitions. She also helps clients manage anxiety and depression and build stronger emotional and relational skills. Her approach draws on family systems theory, attachment-based interventions, and trauma-informed care.
Alexandra sees addiction as a relational experience that affects the whole family, not only the person using substances. She helps families understand how stress, trauma, attachment, and communication patterns shape behavior. That helps partners and loved ones move from blame toward understanding, rebuild trust, and restore a sense of emotional safety.
As a program leader, she encourages honest, open, solution-focused conversations between clients and the people closest to them. Her work rests on one core belief: healing doesn’t happen in isolation. Recovery is strongest when it’s supported by healthy, transparent relationships and a caring community.
