Liesel Teen, BSN, RN (she/her) is a labor and delivery nurse and the founder of Mommy Labor Nurse.

She provides online birth classes and resources that give women the knowledge and encouragement they need to feel prepared and in control to have an even better birth, no matter how they deliver.
